Labyrinth.os 2.1a & b update

Forgot to do a devlog for these:

2.1a There's a small issue with having a party less than 4 characters so i've temporarily made it so you cant have a party less than that (the game is also not balanced for that anyway atm), will probably do a real fix for this one day.

2.1b: Small fixes regarding UI & weather particles not refreshing upon loading a game sometimes. Changed NPC event behavior on Lethe's 2nd floor so they dont automatically trigger while exploring (now requires a key press to interact with). Enemy physical damage output is tweaked to be a little higher.
